NOTES: Last year, Carl Edwards collected his third consecutive win, as he crossed the finish line 1.656 seconds ahead of Clint Bowyer. With his win, Edwards became the first multiple winner of this race. Bowyer, who won this race in 2005, has now finished second the last two seasons and has four top- three finishes in four races at Nashville Superspeedway. Edwards, who started seventh on the grid, led twice for 49 laps, including the final 34 laps. Steve Wallace, who started on the pole, led the first six laps, but faded to place 12th. Back in 2006, Edwards edged Clint Bowyer at the finish line to record his seventh career Nationwide Series title. Edwards, who now totals 13 Series wins, finished 0.920 of a second ahead of Bowyer. Pole sitter Todd Kluever finished 17th. Edwards led for a race-high 124 laps, while Bowyer led for 46. The pole sitter has never won this race in six previous runnings, with the best finish, a runner-up placing by Martin Truex Jr in 2004. Joey Logano makes his second start in as many weeks after placing sixth in his Nationwide Series debut at Dover. Still searching for his first Nationwide Series win, Brad Keselowski is off to a great start in 2008 with six top-10 finishes in 14 races. Keselowski ranks fifth on the points list and has already surpassed his 2007 total of five top-10s.
