Tempe, AZ (Sports Network) - Torii Hunter went 2-for-2 with a three-run homer and an RBI double, and the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim downed the Chicago Cubs, 6-2, in Cactus League action.
Chone Figgins went 3-for-3 for the Angels, who rapped 11 hits on the day. Jered Weaver tossed two scoreless innings, allowing one hit, to earn the win for LA.
Matt Murton went 3-for-3 for the Cubs, who ripped 10 hits but left 10 runners on base. Jake Fox's two-run homer provided the offense for Chicago, and Jason Marquis gave up two runs on three hits in two innings to take the loss.
