Jupiter, FL (Sports Network) - Cameron Maybin went 2-for-5 with two homers, four RBI and a pair of runs scored as Florida slammed St. Louis, 13-7, in Grapefruit League play.

Jorge Cantu, Hanley Ramirez and Luis Gonzalez also hit home runs for the Marlins, who dented St. Louis pitching for 17 hits.

Chris Volstad picked up the win, hurling four shutout innings in relief of starter Gaby Hernandez, who was rocked for five hits and six runs -- three earned -- over three innings.

Troy Glaus, Albert Pujols, Ryan Ludwick and Brian Barton went deep for the Cardinals, who allowed 13 consecutive runs after taking a 6-0 lead.

Ryan Franklin suffered the loss, torched for five hits and four runs over 1 1/3 relief frames. Starter Anthony Reyes allowed three runs in four innings with six strikeouts.
