Cristian Guzman went 2-for-5 with a double and four runs batted in for the Nationals, while Humberto Cota was 2-for-3 with a pair of runs scored. Mike O'Connor picked up the win after hurling five no-hit innings, allowing two runs - one earned - on three walks, while striking out four.

Andre Ethier clubbed a solo homer for the Dodgers, and Juan Pierre recorded three walks and a pair of stolen bases. Chad Billingsley had an up-and-down 3 1/3 inning start, allowing two runs on three hits, striking out three and walking two.
