Andy Gonzalez drove in four runs, including a two-run homer in the Indians' five-run fifth inning, and Kelly Shoppach had a three-hit day for the Tribe. Jamey Carroll and Jason Michaels finished with two hits apiece.

Paul Byrd allowed three runs on eight hits and struck out four over five innings.
