Peoria, AZ (Sports Network) - Chase Headley's pinch-hit, two-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning brought the San Diego Padres back from a two- run deficit and forced a 6-6 tie with the Seattle Mariners in Cactus League play.

Josh Bard was 2-for-3 with a run batted in for the Padres, while Adrian Gonzalez smacked a pair of doubles and scored a run. Justin Germano started on the mound and allowed four runs -- three earned -- on six hits over five innings.

Ichiro Suzuki went 3-for-4 with two doubles and three runs scored for the Mariners, while Jose Vidro and Adrian Beltre each collected two RBI. Miguel Batista scattered seven hits over six innings, allowing three runs and striking out seven.

After Headley's blast off Eric O'Flaherty tied the game in the ninth, neither team pushed a run across in the 10th and the game ended in a draw.
