Sarasota, FL (Sports Network) - Ken Griffey Jr. blasted a two-run home run in the fifth inning to lead the Cincinnati Reds past the Minnesota Twins, 5-1, in Grapefruit League action.
Jolbert Cabrera and Andy Phillips each chipped in an RBI for the Reds. Bronson Arroyo earned the win, scattering three hits over seven scoreless innings, while striking out six batters.
Matt Tolbert went 2-for-4 and drove in the Twins' lone run in defeat. Nick Blackburn got the loss, yielding one run on three hits in five innings on the hill.
