San Francisco, CA (Sports Network) - Manny Parra dazzled through 7 2/3 frames, bolstered by a pair of home runs from Ryan Braun and Corey Hart, as the Milwaukee Brewers completed the three-game sweep of San Francisco with a 7-4 victory at AT&T Park.

Parra (9-2) allowed a two-run double with two gone in the eighth as one of seven hits to go along with two walks while striking out a season-high nine. Parra has won his last eight decisions, last falling to Houston back on May 3.

"With what CC (Sabathia) does and what Ben (Sheets) does, that just ups the ante," Parra said. "It makes you kind of want to taste the same thing they are. That's a goal now to just keep going deeper and deeper into games."

Braun made his two hits count with a three-run homer and a two-run double while Parra and Hart each had an RBI. J.J. Hardy added two hits and scored twice for Milwaukee, which has won four straight.

The big news of the day for Milwaukee came before the game, as it was being reported that the club acquired second baseman Ray Durham from the Giants for several prospects. It was later confirmed after the game that the deal was finalized between the clubs, with San Francisco getting pitcher Steve Hammond and outfielder Darren Ford.

"We've said all along we were going for it and to get a guy like CC has helped and it's nice to have a guy like Durham who really works the count well and that's something we've struggled with as a team a little bit," Milwaukee general manager Doug Melvin said. "So right now he leads our team in hitting and on-base percentage so adding a guy like that we feel is going to be helpful because over the next two months you're going to need extra players."

Tim Lincecum (11-3), back after a bout with the flu that caused him to miss the All-Star game, showed no ill effects but was hurt by two home runs in giving up five runs on six hits and four walks over six-plus innings. The hard-throwing righty fanned eight in losing for the second time in his last three starts after starting the year 10-1.

Jose Castillo had two hits, two RBI and a run scored while Aaron Rowand knocked in two with a double. Emmanuel Burriss added two hits and scored a run for San Francisco, which has now lost nine of its last 10 overall.

Hart started things for Milwaukee with a line drive home run to left, leading off the second. Russell Branyan followed with a double, moved to third on a ground out and came home on a two-out single from Parra.

Lincecum settled down until the seventh when he hit Rickie Weeks and gave up a single to Hardy. Braun followed with a three-run homer to left, ending Lincecum's time on the hill. Alex Hinshaw entered and retired the next three batters in order, keeping the Giants at a five-run deficit.

Parra hit for himself in the eighth and took the mound in the bottom half but allowed back-to-back singles from Burriss and Castillo before Randy Winn grounded into a force play at third. Parra got Bengie Molina to fly out but Rowand ripped a two-run double to right and Carlos Villanueva had to come on for the final out.

"Manny was excellent on the mound," Brewers manager Ned Yost said. "Most of the time when Manny got in trouble, it would be self-inflicted. He did a great job of limiting the damage. He could have been out of the eighth inning without allowing any runs."

Milwaukee added some insurance in the ninth off Brian Wilson, looking to get some work in a non-save situation. Weeks drew a walk and moved to third on a single from Hardy. Braun then doubled to deep center scoring both runners.

Brian Shouse worked the ninth and allowed San Francisco to make things somewhat interesting. A one-out single from Ivan Ochoa was followed by a force out from pinch-hitter Omar Vizquel. Burriss singled through the left side and Castillo laced a two-run double to center.

Salomon Torres entered into what was now a save situation and induced a pop-up from Winn to end the game and notch his 17th save.
