Warriors take on Kings at ARCO

(Sports Network) - The Golden State Warriors continue their push towards the playoffs, as they visit the Sacramento Kings tonight at ARCO Arena.

This is the third meeting of the campaign between the squads. The Warriors are 2-0 against the Kings this season and have won three in a row in the series.

The Warriors have won two straight and three of the last four at Sacramento.

Golden State, which is eighth in the Western Conference standings, will host the Kings on April 8 at ORACLE Arena.

The Warriors open a two-game road trip on Tuesday. Baron Davis scored all 19 of his points in the second half as Golden State held off a late charge from the Memphis Grizzlies for a 110-107 home win on Saturday.

Davis also dished out seven assists, and Stephen Jackson contributed 21 points and six assists for the Warriors, who won for the eighth time in 10 games overall. Monta Ellis added 17 points, while Mickael Pietrus finished with 12 points and eight rebounds

Golden State is 18-14 as the visitor this season. The Warriors will visit the Clippers on Wednesday at the Staples Center.

Sacramento wraps up a two-game homestand. Kevin Martin finished with 32 points and eight rebounds as the Kings held off the Toronto Raptors, 106-100, on Sunday at ARCO Arena.

Ron Artest collected 19 points and 10 rebounds, while Mikki Moore finished with 17 points and seven boards for the Kings, who have won three of their last four games overall.

The Kings are 20-12 at home this season. After tonight's contest, they will embark on a three-game road trip at San Antonio, Memphis and Houston.
