Parker wins Skills Challenge

Orlando, FL (Sports Network) - San Antonio Spurs veteran guard Tony Parker won the Skills Challenge on Saturday with a time of 32.8 seconds as part of the NBA's All-Star weekend.

The Skills Challenge is made up of a course that includes various dribbling, shooting and passing obstacles.

Parker edged Rajon Rondo of the Boston Celtics and Deron Williams of the New Jersey Nets in the final round to earn the win.

Rondo, who was a late addition to the event due to an injury to Golden State's Stephen Curry, won a tiebreaker round with John Wall of the Wizards to advance to the final, where he posted a time of 34.6 seconds.

Williams, meanwhile, finished with a time of 41.4 seconds in the final round.

Cleveland Cavaliers rookie Kyrie Irving and Oklahoma City's Russell Westbrook were knocked out in the first round.
