(Sports Network) -The Seattle SuperSonics will resume a seven-game homestand this evening, when they welcome LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers to KeyArena.

Seattle is 1-3 so far on the trip and will also welcome New York and Chicago to the Emerald City. The Sonics are 6-16 as the host this season and put the brakes on a team-record 14-game losing streak with an 88-85 victory over the San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday.

Kevin Durant buried the go-ahead jumper with 32.6 seconds to go in the game and finished with 26 points, seven rebounds and five assists. Chris Wilcox had 16 points and 10 rebounds, while Nick Collison added 14 points and 10 boards for Seattle, which won for the first time in the new year (1-13).

Sonics forward Damien Wilkins (flu) is questionable for Thursday's game.

Meanwhile, the Cavaliers will try to wrap up a perfect three-game road trip tonight and are 12-12 as the visitor this season. After opening the trip with a win over the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday, Cleveland recorded an 84-83 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers Wednesday night at the Rose Garden.

James was the hero with the game-winning layup in the waning moments of the game to lift the Cavs, who have won five straight on the road. James had 17 of his game-high 37 points in the fourth quarter and added 14 rebounds, as Cleveland won for the seventh time in eight contests overall.

James played the second half with a sprained right ankle and will be a game- time decision for Thursday night.

The Cavs are 11-2 so far in the new year.

Thursday's game between Cleveland and Seattle is the second and final meeting this season. The Cavs recorded a 95-79 win on January 8 this season at Quicken Loans Arena, as James scored 22 points to lead the way.

Cleveland has won six of the last 10 meetings overall, but has lost three straight trips to KeyArena.
