(Sports Network) - The Milwaukee Bucks will open a four-game homestand this evening versus the New York Knicks at the Bradley Center.
Milwaukee will also host the Clippers, Hornets and Pistons on the current homestand, and is 13-8 as the host in 2007-08. The Bucks have lost four of five and 11 of their last 15 games, including Wednesday's 107-96 setback to the Dallas Mavericks at American Airlines Center.
Mo Williams scored a season-high 36 points and Andrew Bogut finished with 24 points and 14 rebounds in a losing effort. Charlie Villanueva donated 16 points for shorthanded Milwaukee, which played without leading scorer Michael Redd. Redd sat out his sixth consecutive game with a strained left knee, while rookie Yi Jianlian missed his second straight game because of a strained right shoulder. Bobby Simmons also sat out with a bruised left leg.
Redd, Jianlian and Bogut (hip) are all listed as probable for tonight's tilt with New York. Simmons, meanwhile, is questionable.
New York will try to stop an eight-game losing streak when it opens a four- game road trip on Saturday against Milwaukee, Boston, Washington and Philadelphia. The Knicks just dropped all three games on their recent homestand, including Friday's 99-93 overtime loss to the San Antonio Spurs at Madison Square Garden.
Jamal Crawford led New York with 24 points and eight assists, while Zach Randolph had 13 and 10 boards in defeat. The Knicks have dropped five in a row as the guest and are just 4-19 away from the Big Apple this season.
Knicks forward Quentin Richardson (ankle) and guard Nate Robinson (illness) both missed Friday's game. Richardson is probable, while Robinson is listed as questionable for Saturday.
New York and Milwaukee are playing the second of three matchups this season tonight. The Knicks posted a 91-88 win on November 30 at Madison Square Garden, and will visit the Bucks again on April 1.
New York has won three straight meetings overall with the Bucks, and two of its last three trips to the Bradley Center.
