Portland Trail Blazers (28-22) at Houston Rockets (30-20), 8:30 p.m.

(Sports Network) - The red-hot Houston Rockets will try to extend their season-best winning streak to seven games tonight, as they welcome the Portland Trail Blazers to the Toyota Center.

This is the third meeting of the campaign between the clubs. The Rockets won the previous two contests and have captured three in a row in the series.

Portland has dropped seven of eight and eight of its last 10 at Houston.

The Rockets play the third of a four-game homestand on Monday. All-Star Yao Ming scored 28 points and pulled down nine rebounds to lead Houston past the Atlanta Hawks, 108-89, on Saturday at Toyota Center.

Tracy McGrady contributed 15 points and eight assists for the Rockets, who have won six in a row and 15 of their last 18 games overall. Luis Scola contributed 14 points and nine rebounds, while Bonzi Wells finished with 11 points and six assists.

Houston, which has won three in a row at the Toyota Center, is 14-9 at home this season. The Rockets will host Mike Bibby and the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday in the finale of the homestand.

On the injury front for Houston, Scola (sore left hand/finger) and Luther Head (strained groin) are questionable versus Portland.

Portland, which tries to put the brakes on a two-game losing streak, plays the third of a four-game road trip this evening. Danny Granger scored 29 points to lead Indiana to a 101-93 victory over the shorthanded Trail Blazers on Saturday at Conseco Fieldhouse.

LaMarcus Aldridge ended with 21 points and 11 rebounds before fouling out for the Trail Blazers, who have lost three of their last four games overall. Brandon Roy, Portland's leading scorer at 19.7 points per game, was out for the second straight contest due to a death in his family.

Roy is questionable for tonight's contest.

The Trail Blazers are 8-16 on the road this season. They will visit the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday at American Airlines Center.
