Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Eagles running back Brian Westbrook and starting offensive tackle Jon Runyan each sat out Wednesday's practice in preparation for Sunday's NFC Championship Game against the Arizona Cardinals.
The duo being held out shouldn't come as a surprise as both missed all of last week's sessions to rest their ailments before playing in last Sunday's 23-11 upset of the New York Giants in Philadelphia's divisional playoff tilt.
Westbrook, dealing with a knee injury, was limited to just 36 rushing yards on 18 carries while catching only two passes for 10 yards in the win.
Runyan is also battling a knee injury.
Eagles defensive end Victor Abiamiri (foot) and Dan Klecko (shoulder) missed at least a portion of practice last week, but each played last Sunday and were full participants in Wednesday's session.

Where the players come to play and STAY.
