GAME NOTES: Mid-American Conference action will take place this evening at Worthen Arena when the Ball State Cardinals host the Bowling Green Falcons.

The last time the Falcons were in action the team grabbed a 58-47 victory over Toledo. It was the fourth win in the last six games for Bowling Green, which is now an even 4-4 in conference play.

The Cardinals are soaring high into this matchup thanks to their three-game winning streak. The most recent victory was a thrilling, 67-66 overtime decision over Ohio. With the recent winning streak, the Cardinals have bumped their league ledger to 5-3 on the season.

The Falcons have won five of the last six matchups against Ball State and now own a 39-33 edge over the Cardinals in the all-time series. However, 23 of Ball State's 33 victories in the series have come at home.

The last time the Cardinals were on the floor the team only shot 37.7 percent but still managed to score 67 points, in a victory over Ohio. The Cardinals took advantage on the glass, outrebounding the Bobcats by a 44-34 margin. Terrence Watson exploded in the win with 20 points and 16 rebounds, while Jones added 12 points. Brawley Chisholm tallied 11 points, while Randy Davis chipped in 10 points.

The Cardinals have played well of late and should continue their solid play at home, en route to another league win.
