Dee Brown and Joe Jakubowski led the way in the loss with 13 points apiece, while Scott Thomas tallied a double- double of 10 points and 10 rebounds. Thomas and Brown have been the only consistent scoring threats on the floor for BGSU, as Thomas is leading the team with 11.8 ppg and 6.1 rpg. Western Michigan shot a mere 34.0 percent from the floor, and finished just 5-of-16 from behind the arc. David Kool led the way in the loss with a double-double of 19 points and 10 rebounds, while Martelle McLemore tallied 17 points. The only real bright spot to the season for the Broncos has been the play of Kool, who is one of the most dangerous players in the conference, averaging 21.0 ppg. The only other player netting double figures for WMU is McLemore, who comes into this matchup with 11.6 ppg, and 5.8 rpg.

Both teams are coming off embarrassing performances, but only one squad will be able to bounce back and that should be the Broncos. Look for Kool to throw the team on his shoulders and carry the Broncos to a victory.
