Bradley (15-13) at Creighton (15-14)

GAME NOTES: The fourth seed in the upcoming Missouri Valley Conference Tournament is up from grabs today, as the Bradley Braves face off against the Creighton Bluejays in Omaha.

The Jays and Braves are currently tied in the MVC standings at 9-8, so the winner will this regular-season finale will earn the fourth seed in the upcoming league tourney.

Bradley has started to peak down the stretch, winning five of its past seven outings, including two straight. During this run, the Braves have topped regular-season champion Northern Iowa and most recently second-place Wichita State, 75-73, on Wednesday.

Creighton has won two straight decisions, including an 83-78 overtime triumph at Southern Illinois on Tuesday. The Jays now return back home, where they own a 6-2 record against league members.

The Bluejays holds a slim, 40-39, edge in the all-time series with Bradley thanks to a 73-68 victory in the first meeting of the season.

Sam Maniscalco converted the go-head free throws with 11.7 seconds left and Bradley held off Wichita State in the final moments for a 75-73 win on Wednesday. Maniscalco finished the game a perfect 7-of-7 at the line and with a double-double of 19 points and 10 assists. Andrew Warren tacked on 18 points for Bradley, which went 18-of-21 at the stripe and 11-of-20 from downtown. On the season, Warren heads the squad in scoring at 14.6 ppg and he shoots 41.4 percent from beyond the arc. Taylor Brown comes in with 13.6 ppg and a team- high 6.9 rpg for the Braves, while Maniscalco provides 12.9 ppg and a team- best 3.5 apg.

The Jays made 4-of-5 field goals in the overtime session, as they outlasted Southern Illinois earlier in the week. Creighton shot 49.2 percent from the floor for the game and also held a 41-34 advantage on the boards. Antoine Young led the way with 22 points and three helpers, while Justin Carter had 15 points and five boards. Kenny Lawson Jr. registered a double-double with 12 points and 10 boards and he leads the team in both departments for the season, averaging 12.8 ppg and 6.6 rpg. Carter follows with 9.5 ppg and 5.9 rpg for Creighton.

The Jays have the luxury of hosting this game and that should help them get past the Braves today.
