Mount Pleasant, MI (Sports Network) - Jordan Bitzer scored 22 points and grabbed eight rebounds to lead the Central Michigan Chippewas to an 88-82 win over the Buffalo Bulls in a Mid-American Conference matchup.

Robbie Harman added 19 points and Marko Spica chipped in with 12 points for theChippewas (11-9, 6-2 MAC), who have won four of their last five.

Rodney Pierce scored 22 points and dealt out seven assists to lead the Bulls (11-9, 4-5), who have lost five out of six. Calvin Betts produced 15 points and eight rebounds.

Buffalo led by as many as seven in the first half before Central Michigan rallied for a 41-37 halftime lead.

Central Michigan never trailed in the second half and led by as many as 13 points.

The Chippewas helped their cause by going 25-of-32 from the foul line.
