Los Angeles, CA (Sports Network) - Reeves Nelson scored 18 points to lead the UCLA Bruins to a 77-73 victory over the Stanford Cardinal in a Pac-10 matchup at Pauley Pavilion.

Michael Roll added 16 points for UCLA (11-11, 6-4 Pac-10), while Nikola Dragovic posted 15 points. Tyler Honeycutt contributed a double-double of 12 points and 11 rebounds, and also dished out eight assists.

Landry Fields posted a double-double of 35 points and 10 rebounds for Stanford (10-12, 4-6), while Jeremy Green tallied 18 points in the loss.

Both teams shot below 40.0 percent from the field in the first half, but the Cardinal connected on 5-of-11 attempts from behind the arc and went into the break with a 32-29 advantage.

The Bruins shot 58.3 percent from the field in the second stanza and also connected on 18-of-22 attempts from the foul line, en route to the four-point victory.
