Murray, KY (Sports Network) - B.J. Jenkins scored 17 points to lead the Murray State Racers to a 76-54 win over the Tennessee State Tigers in an Ohio Valley Conference matchup at the Regional Special Events Center.

Danero Thomas also added 12 points for the Racers (21-3, 12-0 OVC) , while Isaiah Canaan and Ivan Aska chipped in with 11 and 10 points, respectively.

Tennessee State (4-20, 1-11) was paced by Robert Covington, who scored 19 points and grabbed eight rebounds in a losing effort.

Murray State took control of the contest in the first half, fighting its way to a 35-24 lead at the break.

The Racers put the game away in the second stanza, limiting the Tigers' scoring opportunities en route to a 22-point victory.

The win was the 12th straight for the Racers.
