Cape Girardeau, MO (Sports Network) - Jeremy Granger posted a game-high 19 points to lead the Eastern Illinois Panthers to a 75-49 victory over the Southeast Missouri State Redhawks in an Ohio Valley Conference matchup at the Show Me Center.

James Hollowell added 10 points to go with five boards in the win for EIU (12-11, 6-7 OVC).

Sam Pearson scored 11 points to lead the way for SEMO (7-16, 3-9).

The Redhawks were held to just 39.1 percent from the floor during the opening frame, allowing EIU to take a 37-25 lead into the break.

The Panthers never looked back in the second half, burying 54.8 percent of their attempts from the field en route to a 26-point win.

The Redhawks were guilty of a game-high 16 turnovers in the loss, accounting for 24 EIU points.
