Logan, UT (Sports Network) - Tai Wesley scored 19 points and collected nine rebounds to lead the Utah State Aggies to a 76-65 victory over the Nevada Wolf Pack in a Western Athletic Conference tilt at the D.G. Smith Spectrum.

Pooh Williams added 16 points in the win for Utah State (18-6, 8-2 WAC), while Brady Jardine tallied 13 points and grabbed eight rebounds off the bench. Jared Quayle got into the mix as well, chipping in 12 points to go with nine boards and five assists for the Aggies.

Luke Babbitt scored 20 points and pulled down nine rebounds to lead the way for Nevada (13-9, 5-4), while Armon Johnson and Joey Shaw notched 19 and 14 points, respectively.

The Wolf Pack held Utah State to just 44.1 percent from the floor during the first period of play, but a 6-of-11 effort from long range earned the Aggies a 39-35 halftime lead.

Both clubs shot just over a meager 35.0 percent from the field during the second frame, but a 13-of-15 performance at the foul line secured a victory for Utah State.

The Aggies controlled the boards to the tune of 43-33 in the win.
