Los Angeles, CA (Sports Network) - Nikola Vucevic's double-double of 18 points and 14 rebounds led the USC Trojans to a 54-49 win over the Stanford Cardinal in a Pac-10 Conference tussle at the Galen Center.

Mike Gerrity added 11 points in the victory for USC (14-9, 6-5 Pac-10).

Stanford (10-13, 4-7) was led by Landry Fields' 27 points and 11 rebounds.

The Trojans took a slim 27-26 advantage into the intermission after Stanford sunk 5-of-8 three-pointers in the half.

The Cardinal could only net 23 points in the second stanza behind 26.9 percent shooting as they were handed their seventh conference loss.

USC dominated under the net, out-muscling Stanford by a 32-12 margin en route to the victory.
