Albany, NY (Sports Network) - Edwin Ubiles scored 18 points to lead the Siena Saints to a 69-67 triumph over the Fairfield Stags in a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference clash.

Ryan Rossiter posted 17 points and 10 rebounds in the win for Siena (21-4, 14-0 MAAC), which captured its 15th consecutive win and its 34th straight victory at home. The Saints also got 12 points apiece from Alex Franklin and Clarence Jackson.

Derek Needham scored a game-high 26 points off the bench for Fairfield (16-8, 9-5). The Stags also received 15 points from Sean Crawford and 10 points from Anthony Johnson.

Siena scored the game's first seven points and led 36-28 at intermission.

The Saints held a single-digit lead from start to finish in the second half. A jumper by Needham brought the Stags to within two points with four seconds remaining, but that was the final margin of defeat.

Siena established its dominance down low, outscoring Fairfield 34-20 in the paint.
