Charleston, SC (Sports Network) - Zach Urbanus scored 17 points to lead The Citadel Bulldogs to a 72-65 victory over the College of Charleston Cougars in Southern Conference play.

Harrison DuPont and Cameron Wells both had 15 points for The Citadel (13-12, 7-6 SoCon).

Andrew Goudelock finished with 19 points, 11 rebounds and six assists in defeat for the College of Charleston (16-9, 11-3). Tony White Jr. contributed 15 points for the Cougars, who received 14 points from Jeremy Simmons.

College of Charleston led 31-27 at intermission after holding The Citadel to 44.4 percent shooting from the field in the first half.

The Bulldogs improved to 56.3 percent shooting in the second half, including 6-of-10 from three-point range, good enough to earn the victory.

A 37-29 rebounding advantage certainly helped the cause for The Citadel.
