Colorado Springs, CO (Sports Network) - Andy Ogide scored 12 points to lead the Colorado State Rams to a 51-47 victory over the Air Force Falcons in a Mountain West Conference tussle at Clune Arena.

Greg Smith added 10 points and nine rebounds for Colorado State (15-9, 6-4 MWC), while Dorian Green also tallied 10 points.

Grant Parker netted 13 points for Air Force (9-14, 1-9), while Evan Washington chipped in with nine points and eight rebounds in the losing effort.

Green hit a pair of free throws to widen Colorado State's lead to 50-47 with 2:10 left, and the Rams survived thanks to missed three-pointers by Todd Fletcher and Washington, the second of which came in the waning seconds.

Smith hit a free throw to seal the victory.

The Falcons were not overwhelming in the first half, as the team posted a mediocre 43.5 percent shooting effort from the floor. However, that did not stop Air Force from taking a 29-21 lead into the break.

Everything turned around in the second stanza, as the Rams shot 52.9 percent from the floor, while limiting Air Force to a woeful 18.2 percent showing. Colorado State also connected on 10-of-15 attempts from the foul line in the second half, which helped the Rams post a four-point win.

The Rams shot 51.4 percent in the contest, while the Falcons were ice cold for the most part, netting just 31.1 percent of their attempts from the floor.
