Norman, OK (Sports Network) - John Roberson scored 22 points to lead the Texas Tech Red Raiders to a 72-71 victory over the Oklahoma Sooners in a Big 12 bout at the Lloyd Nobles Center.

Darko Cohadarevic added 12 points and eight rebounds for Texas Tech (16-7, 4-5 Big12), while Mike Singletary tallied 10 points.

Willie Warren netted 18 points for Oklahoma (13-10, 4-5), while Tony Crocker tallied a double-double of 16 points and 11 rebounds. Tiny Gallon posted 13 points in the loss.

The Red Raiders held Oklahoma to a mere 37.0 percent shooting effort from the floor in the first half and went into the break with a 36-28 lead.
