Hempstead, NY (Sports Network) - Charles Jenkins dropped in 32 points and the Hofstra Pride downed the Drexel Dragons, 75-64, in a Colonial Athletic Association battle at the Mack Sports Complex.

Chaz Williams turned in 20 points, eight rebounds and nine assists for Hofstra (13-13, 6-8 CAA), which won for the fourth time in five outings.

Jamie Harris tallied 19 points, including 16 in the second half, to lead the way for Drexel (14-12, 9-5). Samme Givens notched his third double-double of the campaign with 10 points and 10 boards, as the Dragons had their two-game win streak snapped.

The Pride closed the first half with a 7-1 spurt for a 35-27 halftime advantage. Jenkins had 16 of his points in the opening period.

Hofstra stayed in control in the second half and buried 17 free throws to lock down the 11-point win.

Greg Washington turned away five shots in the game, as he established new Hofstra records for blocks in a career (180) and season (69).
