Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Niko Scott poured in a career-high 29 points to lead the Columbia Lions to a 66-62 win over the Penn Quakers in an Ivy League battle.

Asenso Ampim added 12 points for Columbia (9-13, 3-5 Ivy), which got 11 rebounds from Noruwa Agho.

Mike Howlett posted 14 points in the setback for Penn (4-16, 3-3). Rob Belcore tallied 13 points for the Quakers, who received 11 points apiece from Jack Eggleston and Zack Rosen.

Columbia led 35-28 at intermission after shooting 59.1 percent from the floor in the first half, including 6-of-10 from three-point range.

The Lions made good on just 39.3 percent of their field goal attempts in the second half, but a 6-of-6 effort from the foul line enabled them to seal the victory.

Scott shot 7-of-9 from three-point range in the win.
