Ruston, LA (Sports Network) - Kyle Gibson's 15 points paced four players in double figures as the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs bested the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors 66-60 in a Western Athletic Conference meeting at the Thomas Assembly Center.

Magnum Rolle provided 12 points and seven rebounds for the Bulldogs (20-5, 12-3 WAC). Jamel Guyton scored 11 points. DeAndre Brown contributed 10 points and five assists and Olu Ashaolu eight points and a game-high 11 rebounds.

Hiram Thompson scored 14 points and dealt out five assists for Hawaii (9-15, 2-9) but was also charged with seven turnovers. Roderick Flemings added 13 points and nine rebounds, while Brandon Adams finished with 12 points and six rebounds.

Louisiana Tech led 33-27 at halftime after shooting 44.8 percent from the floor in the first half. The Rainbow Warriors shot 40.7 percent from the field.

The Bulldogs led by 11 six minutes into the second half. Louisiana Tech was just 10-of-29 from the floor after halftime and 11-of-20 from the line, but managed to stay in front.

Hawaii shot 43.1 percent from the floor, but was just 12-of-24 at the foul line. The Bulldogs got a boost from 16 second-chance points.
