San Jose, CA (Sports Network) - Nate Bendall scored 18 points and the Utah State Aggies rolled past the San Jose State Spartans, 81-65, in a Western Athletic Conference showdown at the Event Center.

Jared Quayle produced 14 points and five boards for the Aggies (20-6, 10-2 WAC), who stretched their winning streak to 10 games. Tyler Newbold pitched in with 13 points and six assists, while Tai Wesley and Pooh Williams finished with 12 and 11 points, respectively.

Adrian Oliver poured in 28 points for SJSU (12-12, 5-7), which dropped its fourth straight, and C.J. Webster chipped in with 12 points.

Utah State connected on 53.8 percent of its attempts from the floor in the first frame for a 36-29 halftime advantage.

The Aggies shot a blistering 71.4 percent from the floor over the final 20 minutes, as they posted the 16-point victory.

Utah State had 20 assists on 29 field goals and committed just eight turnovers on the night.
