Logan, UT (Sports Network) - Jared Quayle registered a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds as the Utah State Aggies slipped by the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs, 67-61, in a Western Athletic Conference battle at the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum.

Also scoring in double figures for the Aggies (21-6, 11-2 WAC) as they won their 11th in a row, were Tai Wesley with 16 points, Pooh Williams 15 and Nate Bendall 11 points to go along with nine rebounds.

The Bulldogs (20-6, 8-4) were paced by Magnum Rolle with 15 points, followed by DeAndre Brown and Kyle Gibson with 14 points apiece, although the latter shot a mere 4-of-18 from the floor on the night.

USU, which failed to convert its lone attempt at the free-throw line in the first half, was able to take a 29-26 lead into the break by holding the visitors to a mere 33.3 percent shooting from the floor.

In the second half the Aggies sealed the six point win by hitting on 51.9 percent from the floor and knocking down crucial free throws in the final minute of play.

LaTech finished the night converting just 37.5 percent from the field and 6- of-22 out on the perimeter.
