New Orleans, LA (Sports Network) - Roburt Sallie scored 17 points to lead the Memphis Tigers to a 77-64 victory over the Tulane Green Wave in a Conference USA clash.

Wesley Witherspoon had 16 points and nine rebounds for Memphis (19-7, 9-2 C- USA). Will Coleman netted 13 points for the Tigers, who received 12 points from Elliot Williams and 10 points from Doneal Mack.

Kendall Timmons netted 23 points in defeat for Tulane (7-18, 2-10). The Green Wave also got 14 points from Asim McQueen and 12 points from Kevin Sims.

Memphis led 38-31 at intermission on the strength of its 56 percent shooting from the floor in the first half.

Over the final 20 minutes, the Tigers shot 57.9 percent from the field and 15- of-20 from the foul line.

Memphis has now won its last 18 meetings with Tulane and is 41-9 all-time versus the Green Wave.
