Lafayette, LA (Sports Network) - The Arkansas State Red Wolves missed on three attempts in the final 1:07 of regulation, giving the UL-Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns a 56-54 victory in a Sun Belt Conference showdown at the Cajundome.

Tyren Johnson led the way for UL-Lafayette (12-14, 9-6 SBC) scoring 15 points, while Randell Daigle added 10.

Martavius Adams scored nine points and grabbed 16 rebounds in the tough loss for Arkansas State (15-11, 10-5).

The Red Wolves took a 27-20 lead into the intermission after holding UL- Lafayette to just 7-of-28 (25.0 percent) shooting from the floor in the first half.

The Ragin' Cajuns mounted the comeback after converting 50.0 percent of their field goals in the second stanza, helping them sneak by to victory.

Arkansas State was undisciplined on the night, committing 19 turnovers in the loss.
