Malibu, CA (Sports Network) - Jared Stohl and T.J. Campbell both scored 18 points as the Portland Pilots defeated the Pepperdine Waves 83-62 in a West Coast Conference battle at the Firestone Fieldhouse.

Robin Smeulders netted 13 points in the win for Portland (17-8, 8-3 WCC), while Nemanja Mitrovic added 10.

Keion Bell scored a game-high 23 points for Pepperdine (7-20, 3-8). Taylor Darby netted 11 points in the loss, while Jonathan Dupre added 10.

The Pilots took a 35-30 advantage into the intermission after connecting on 52.2 percent of their field-goal attempts in the first half.

Portland was able to put the game away in the second stanza by shooting 55.2 percent from the floor, including 7-of-13 from beyond the arc.

The Pilots played a well-disciplined game, committing just eight turnovers on the night.
