Eugene, OR (Sports Network) - Landry Fields scored 21 points to lead the Stanford Cardinal to a 72-65 victory over the Oregon Ducks in a Pac-10 bout at McArthur Court.

Jeremy Green added 18 points for Stanford (12-14, 6-8 Pac10), while Jack Trotter and Drew Shiller contributed 14 and 12 points, respectively, in the win.

Jeremy Jacob netted 19 points and grabbed eight rebounds for Oregon (12-13, 4-9), while E.J. Singler contributed 15 points and eight boards. Matthew Humphrey chipped in 11 points in the loss.
