Hanover, NH (Sports Network) - Clive Weeden scored 12 points and the Dartmouth Big Green edged the Columbia Lions, 48-44, in an Ivy League bout at Leede Arena.

Ronnie Dixon tacked on 11 points and eight boards for Dartmouth (5-18, 1-8), which snapped a seven-game slide.

Asenso Ampim led the way for Columbia (9-14, 3-6) with 10 points and five rebounds.

Neither team shot well in the first half, so Dartmouth's 33.3 percent effort from the floor was good enough for it to grab a 17-15 edge at the break.

The Big Green shot an efficient 57.9 percent from the field in the second half and held Columbia without a point for the final 2:42 for the four-point triumph.

The Lions made just 31.0 percent of their attempts from the floor and only 2- of-23 from three-point land on the night.
