Fletcher scored 22 points to lead the Phoenix (19-10). Rian Pearson added 17 points, while Randy Berry hauled down nine rebounds.

Rashad Reed scored 13 points for Indiana State (16-12). Aaron Carter added 12 points, while Carl Richard grabbed 14 rebounds.

Indiana State led 31-26 at halftime after shooting 44.8 percent from the floor in the first half.

Indiana State led 52-45 with 7:56 left in regulation but went more than seven minutes without a field goal, allowing the Phoenix to move in front. Indiana State got the lead back on Reed's three-pointer with :38 left before Fletcher hit his game-winning shot.

Green Bay triumphed despite hitting just 5-of-24 from long range. The Phoenix turned the ball over just five times.
