Trevor Booker added 14 points and eight rebounds for Clemson (19-7, 7-5 ACC), while Milton Jennings contributed 11 points.

Mike Scott netted 14 points for Virginia (14-11, 5-7), while Sylven Landesberg tallied 13 points. Sammy Zeglinski chipped in 11 points and eight boards in the setback.

The Tigers shot a sizzling 53.8 percent from the floor in the first half and went into the break with a 41-22 lead.

Clemson continued its strong play in the second stanza by shooting 50.0 percent from the field, en route to the 23-point win.

Clemson's bench netted 26 points in the contest, while Virginia's reserves tallied just eight points.
