Atlanta, GA (Sports Network) - Marsharee Neely scored 13 points in just 13 minutes off the bench as he helped lead the Old Dominion Monarchs to a 75-62 win over the Georgia State Panthers in a Colonial Athletic Association outing at the GSU Sports Arena.

Also scoring in double figures for the Monarchs (22-8, 14-3 CAA) were Kent Bazemore and Keyon Carter with 14 points apiece and Gerald Lee 12 as the squad won for the fourth time in the last five outings.

The Panthers (12-18, 5-12) were paced by Joe Dukes with a game-high 22 points, hitting all three of his three-point tries as the team saw its brief two-game win streak come to an end. Trey Hampton tacked on 17 points and seven boards in the setback as well.

ODU trailed by four points early on, but the squad shot 60 percent from the field in the first half in taking a slim 35-34 lead at the break.

In the second half GSU made only 37.9 percent from the floor and 4-of-9 at the free-throw line, allowing the Monarchs to capture the 13-point road victory.

Old Dominion weather 13 turnovers and just 16-of-25 shooting at the charity stripe by converting 54.2 percent from the floor on the night.
