Houston, TX (Sports Network) - Aubrey Coleman dropped in 34 points and the Houston Cougars bested the Memphis Tigers, 92-75, in Conference USA action Hofheinz Pavilion.

Coleman connected on 11-of-19 shots from the floor and grabbed eight caroms, as Houston (14-13, 6-7 C-USA) snapped an 11-game losing streak against Memphis. Kelvin Lewis checked in with 18 points and six boards, while Kendrick Washington and Maurice McNeil finished with 16 and 11 points, respectively.

Wesley Witherspoon logged 18 points and six rebounds for the Tigers (20-8, 10-3), who had their four-game win streak snapped. Angel Garcia chipped in with 13 points, while Roburt Sallie and Doneal Mack had 12 and 10 points, respectively.
