Greenville, SC (Sports Network) - Jordan Miller scored 16 points and grabbed seven rebounds as the Furman Paladins bested The Citadel Bulldogs 59-44 in a Southern Conference joust.

Amu Saaka scored 14 points and added 10 boards for the Paladins (13-15, 7-10 SoCon), while Darryl Evans added 10 points, as Furman snapped a two-game losing streak.

Harrison DuPont scored 15 points and grabbed eight boards for The Citadel (15-14, 9-8), while Cameron Wells added 11.

Furman built a 26-14 halftime lead after The Citadel shot just 4-of-24 from the floor in the first 20 minutes. The Paladins shot 38.5 percent from the floor.

Furman pushed its lead to 15 points at the 16:26 mark of the second half. The Paladins were an efficient 9-of-19 from the floor after halftime.
