Hanover, NH (Sports Network) - Austin Morgan netted a game-high 14 points as the Yale Bulldogs defeated the Dartmouth Big Green, 55-45, in an Ivy League tussle at the Leede Arena.

Michael Sands recorded a double-double in the win for Yale (11-17, 5-6 Ivy) with 11 points and 11 rebounds.

Robby Pride led the way for Dartmouth (5-20, 1-10) in the loss, scoring 13 points.

The Bulldogs took a 26-16 advantage into the intermission after holding Dartmouth to a miserable 22.6 percent shooting from the floor in the opening half.

Yale's defense didn't let up on the pressure in the second stanza, as the Big Green was only able to convert 28.0 percent of its field goals in the 10-point decision.

Both teams played a pretty sloppy affair, as each squad coughed up the ball 20 times.
