Dayton, OH (Sports Network) - Mickey Perry scored 15 points as the Dayton Flyers dominated the Massachusetts Minutemen, 96-68, in an Atlantic 10 Conference showdown at the UD Arena.

Chris Wright netted 14 points in the win for Dayton (19-9, 8-6 A-10), while Rob Lowery sunk 13 points. Marcus Johnson and Chris Johnson both contributed 11 points on the night, and Devin Searcy added 10.

Terrell Vinson scored 16 points in the loss for UMass (10-18, 4-10). Freddie Riley added 12, while Anthony Gurley and Sampson Carter tallied 10 points apiece.

The Flyers held a comfortable 43-31 lead at the half, shooting 57.1 percent from the floor in the opening period.

Dayton followed that up by connecting on 52.9 percent of its field goals in the second stanza en route to the 28-point romp.

The Flyers saw exceptional play from their reserves, as Dayton's bench outscored the Minutemen's by a 48-22 margin. Dayton also went 13-of-28 from long range compared to just a 6-of-19 performance by UMass.
