Missoula, MO (Sports Network) - Will Bynum scored 22 points to lead the Montana State Bobcats to a 73-67 victory over the Montana Grizzlies in Big Sky Conference action at Dahlberg Arena.

Bobby Howard added 17 points to go with 12 rebounds in the win for Montana State (15-13, 10-6 BSC), while Erik Rush and Branden Johnson notched 12 and 11 points, respectively, for the Bobcats.

Anthony Johnson poured in a game-high 33 points in a losing effort for Montana (19-9, 10-6), while Derek Selvig tallied 14 points to go with eight boards.

The Bobcats converted a blistering 66.7 percent of their attempts from the floor during the opening frame to take a 38-30 halftime lead.

In the second half, Montana held the Bobcats to just 34.8 percent from the floor, but an 18-of-29 effort from the foul line gave Montana State enough of an advantage to earn a six-point win.

MSU dominated the glass to the tune of 38-26 in the victory.
