Ithaca, NY (Sports Network) - Ryan Wittman scored 18 points as the Cornell Big Red defeated the Penn Quakers, 68-48, in an Ivy League battle at Newman Arena.

Louis Dale netted 16 points and dished out five assists for Cornell (25-4, 11-1 IVy), which avenged its only league loss of the campaign. Chris Wroblewski added 13 points, while Jeff Foote tore down 11 rebounds.

Zack Rosen led the way for Penn (5-20, 4-7), scoring a game-high 23 points.

The Big Red took a healthy 34-21 advantage into the intermission after shooting 53.8 percent from the floor in the opening stanza.

The Quakers were held to a lackluster 37.0 percent shooting from the field in the second half, as Cornell coasted to the 20-point win.

Penn was undisciplined in the affair, as the Big Red forced 21 turnovers and scored 26 points off those mishaps.
