Portland, OR (Sports Network) - Dominic Waters scored 28 points and dealt out six assists as the Portland State Vikings downed the Weber State Wildcats, 84-79, in the Big Sky Conference regular-season finale.

Jamie Jones scored 21 points, grabbed eight rebounds and blocked five shots for the Vikings (12-17, 7-9 Big Sky). Julius Thomas added 17 points, seven boards and five assists.

Damian Lillard scored 21 points and dealt out eight assists for Weber State (19-9, 13-3) which saw a five-game winning streak end, but had already clinched the conference regular-season title. Nick Hansen scored 18 points and Kyle Bullinger 14, while Lindsey Hughey finished with 12 points.

PSU held a one-point edge at halftime at 36-35 after shooting 51.7 percent from the floor in the opening 20 minutes. Weber State shot 46.4 percent from the field in the first half, including 45.5 percent from outside the arc.

Portland State extended its lead to 16 with 7:29 left in regulation. The Vikings shot 51.7 percent from the floor after halftime and were 15-of-22 at the foul line.

WSU was outrebounded 39-33 and was just 11-of-20 at the charity stripe.
