Logan, UT (Sports Network) - Tai Wesley scored 21 and pulled down seven rebounds and Utah State posted the game's first 22 points and blasted Fresno State, 76-39, to claim a share of the Western Athletic Conference regular season title.

Tyler Newbold had 12 points, Brian Green 11 and Nate Bendall 10 for the Aggies (24-6, 13-2 WAC), who notched their 14th consecutive victory. This was their third consecutive WAC regular season championship. Utah State has won 13 straight WAC games and 31 of its last 34 in the conference dating back to the 2007-08 season.

The Aggies, who have won 65 of their last 67 home games, will finish the regular season at home against New Mexico State on Saturday.

Paul George and Mike Ladd each scored 12 for the Bulldogs (14-17, 6-9), who lost for the fifth time in six contests. They'll end the regular season at home against Louisiana Tech on Thursday.

Fresno State shot just 4-of-22 from the field in the first half and finished at 22.2 percent (12-of-54) for the game.

Following Green's three-pointer, the Aggies claimed a 22-0 cushion 8:57 into the game. The 40-14 halftime margin grew larger early in the second half. Brady Jardine's layup provided a 62-19 lead with 11:08 remaining.
