Kyle Weems and Caleb Patterson netted 13 points apiece for Missouri State (5-2), which extended its home winning streak to 12 games. The Bears also got 10 points and six rebounds from Nafis Ricks.

D'Andre Williams tallied 11 points in defeat for UALR (4-3).

Missouri State connected on 55.2 percent of its field goal attempts and 10- of-12 free throws in the first half en route to a 43-28 halftime lead.

A 56 percent shooting effort from the floor over the final 20 minutes enabled the Bears to seal the victory.

Missouri State earned a 37-27 rebounding advantage in the clash. The club also racked up 19 assists against six turnovers.
