Nashville, TN (Sports Network) - John Jenkins scored 21 points to lead the Vanderbilt Commodores to an 82-62 romp over the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers in non-conference play.

Festus Ezeli hit all seven of his shots from the floor en route to 14 points for Vanderbilt (6-1). The Commodores also got 13 points from Jeffery Taylor and 11 points from Rod Odom.

Juan Pattillo poured in 18 points in the loss for Western Kentucky (3-4), which got 12 points apiece from Sergio Kerusch and Caden Dickerson.

Vanderbilt drained 6-of-12 attempts from three-point range in the first half en route to a 35-17 lead at intermission.

Over the final 20 minutes, the Commodores connected on 59.3 percent of their field goal attempts to seal the victory.

Vanderbilt committed a high total of 23 turnovers in the clash, but the club forced 22 giveaways and hit seven more shots from three-point range than Western Kentucky.
